This ensures your new teeth will maintain their integrity and appearance. Our permanent bridgework is custom designed for each patient to last a lifetime. They won’t chip, crack, or stain.

Nanoceramic Implant Bridges

Permanent Nanoceramic Implant Bridge is a custom milled ceramic bridge commonly supported by six implants delivered 48 hours following surgery. It’s infused with a specialized resin bonded to a durable Trilor framework.

Most full-arch substructures were milled with titanium before the introduction of Trilor. Because of the material’s stiffness, it would transfer excessive stress from chewing forces to the implants. The substructure flexes in the mouth like natural teeth with the Trilor frame, so less energy is transferred to the implants. This will lead to fewer long-term implant failures.

The nanoceramic material also features shock-absorbing characteristics that eliminate the heavy clacking most zirconia restorations have. Nanoceramics can also preserve the natural teeth on the opposing arch since the material won’t wear them out. This nanoceramic bridge allows for placement of the permanent restoration 48 hours after implant surgery.

Zirconia Implant Bridge

Zirconia is the most robust used in dentistry – it won’t chip, crack, fracture, or absorb stains, odors, and bacteria. Its naturally white color creates an ideal base for natural-looking teeth restorations. Zirconia is stained and glazed, allowing patients to get the color and luster of their natural enamel. Zirconia implant bridges are also supported by six implants.

Since zirconia is such a rigid material, we cannot immediately load the dental implants. You will need a temporary acrylic bridge the day after the surgery while the permanent zirconia implant bridge is custom-designed three months after the procedure. This allows the implants time to integrate and fuse with the jawbone fully.

The all-ceramic Prettau® Zirconia Bridge offers increased durability and aesthetics for our patients. It’s 100% biocompatible with the human body since it’s made of a naturally occurring mineral called zirconium dioxide. This eliminates concerns such as toxicity, allergies, or rejection.

Porcelain Implant Bridge

The Porcelain Implant Bridge resembles your natural teeth the closest because it’s thinner and much more streamlined in the mouth than the other options. Your speech is not affected by porcelain implant bridges, and it’s supported by six to eight implants.

We custom design the porcelain implant bridge with a thin, robust zirconia substructure. It’s layered with porcelain to closely resemble your natural teeth. The bridge is then attached to custom implants secured to the abutments. The design will look identical to your natural teeth.

Your gums must heal completely after the implant surgery since this type of bridge doesn’t contain pink porcelain to mimic gum tissues. Patients must wear cosmetic temporaries for about three months to allow the gum tissues to heal and the implants to integrate. If a patient wants the best implant-supported option available, we’ll make sure to offer the porcelain implant bridge.
