As our Practice Leader, Kayla is the warm smile that welcomes you the moment you walk through our doors and the friendly voice guiding you over the phone. With a strong background in patient services and healthcare administration, Kayla is dedicated to making every patient feel informed, valued, and at ease from start to finish.
Whether it’s scheduling appointments, clarifying treatment plans, or helping you understand your insurance benefits, Kayla ensures your experience is smooth, stress-free, and centered around your needs. Known for her excellent communication and genuine care, Kayla takes pride in building lasting relationships and creating a positive, supportive environment for every patient who visits our office.
Outside the office, Kaya enjoys spending time at the beach with her dogs Lilah & Mosey, bringing that same energy and kindness into every aspect of her life.
Wendy
Registered Dental Hygienist
Wendy started working as a Dental Hygienist in 1992. She was born in New York and moved to Florida when she was just seven years old. Wendy strives to immediately build rapport with her patients and ensure their comfort during each and every visit with her. Wendy is extremely good at communicating with her patients so they are completely educated about all of their dental needs.
Wendy has beautiful twin daughters that live in Florida as well. Wendy enjoys running, reading, cooking, and is currently pursuing golf.
Rikki
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, EFDA
With over five years of hands-on experience in dentistry, Rikki brings skill, precision, and a warm, friendly demeanor to every patient interaction. As a certified Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, she plays a key role in delivering high-quality care, from assisting during complex procedures to ensuring each visit is as comfortable and smooth as possible.
Rikki is passionate about patient education and takes pride in helping people feel informed and at ease about their dental health. Whether working chairside or helping patients understand their treatment plans, she combines technical expertise with a genuine love for helping others achieve a beautiful and healthy smile.
Outside the office, Rikki enjoys scrap booking and spending time with her two sons swimming and playing at the beach.

With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, Melissa brings a high level of expertise, compassion, and professionalism to our patient-centered practice. As one of our lead dental assistants, she plays a critical role in delivering the exceptional care and quality our patients expect. Whether it’s in support of advanced cosmetic procedures, implant treatments, or general dentistry, Melissa ensures that our patients feel relaxed, comfortable and confident. Melissa works closely with our doctors to ensure every visit is seamless and stress-free, always prioritizing patient comfort, clear communication, and clinical excellence at every step. Known for her calm demeanor and gentle chairside manner, Melissa is dedicated to creating a comfortable, stress-free experience for every patient.
Outside the office, Melissa enjoys baseball and hikes with her son and puppy!. Melissa’s warmth, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable part of our team and your care experience.
